Gonadal Transcriptome Analysis of Sex-Related Genes in the Cobia (Rachycentron canadum)

Sex determination in cobia has been a long-standing basic biological question, linked also to economical demands by production of fast growing all-female populations. However, limited knowledge is known about the molecular mechanisms of sex determination/differentiation in this species.
