Enterobacterales harboring 16S rRNA methyltransferases in Uruguay. Pseudomonadota; Gammaproteobacteria; Enterobacterales

Genomic characterization of isolates and plasmids carrying 16S rRNA methyltransferase genes, specifically rmtB or rmtC, along with blaNDM-5 and blaNDM-1 respectively, or rmtD. These isolates correspond to Klebsiella pneumoniae and Enterobacter cloacae obtained from clinical samples in Uruguayan healthcare settings.
