规划主管部门核发《建设工程规划许可证》或《多村建设规划许可证》的建设工程竣工后，规划主管部门依法对建设工程的建设情况是香符台建设工程规划许可内容进行验核和确认的过程，对符台要求的，核发《建设工程发工规划核实确认书》及其附件附阅。

This refers to the process where, following the completion of construction works for which the competent planning authorities have issued the Construction Engineering Planning Permit or the Rural Construction Planning Permit, the relevant planning authorities conduct inspection and confirmation in accordance with the law to verify whether the construction of the project conforms to the contents specified in the construction engineering planning permit. For projects that meet the prescribed requirements, the competent planning authorities shall issue the Confirmation Letter for Completion Planning Verification of Construction Engineering along with its attached documents and drawings.
