中国岩石地层名称数据库，共记录信息13149条。对截止2011年底收集的以岩石特征为主命名的我国地层名称条目的中文名称、地层的中文、英文名称、命名人或单位、命名时间、层型位置、地层时代、地质特征（接触关系、化石、岩性）以及参考文献等内容等信息进行收录。

China Lithostratigraphic Nomenclature Database contains a total of 13,149 recorded entries. It collects comprehensive information for all stratigraphic nomenclature entries named primarily based on lithological characteristics, collected by the end of 2011. The collected information covers Chinese names, Chinese descriptions of the strata, English names, namers or naming institutions, naming dates, type localities, stratigraphic ages, geological characteristics (including contact relationships, fossils and lithology), and relevant references.
