A Time-Series Image Dataset of Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) Lateral Flow Assays for AI-based Quantitative Analysis

This dataset contains time-series images of the test line (T-line) from Lateral Flow Assays (LFAs) for the detection of Hepatitis B Virus (HBV). It was developed to train and validate the RAD-LFA (Rapid and Accurate Deep learning-based quantitative Lateral Flow Assay) model, an AI-enhanced method for rapid and quantitative point-of-care testing. The dataset includes 233 samples derived from 150 patients, covering a wide range of analyte concentrations, including both positive and negative samples. These samples were used in a clinical blind test to evaluate the performance of the RAD-LFA model against human readers. Please refer to README.md for more details.
