Data for the preliminary dynamic model of the temple of Hera II at Paestum
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the principal input data and model-generated virtual-sensor responses used to develop the preliminary dynamic soil–foundation–structure model of the Temple of Hera II at Poseidonia–Paestum (Italy). The deposited files comprise: (i) the architectural and geometric quantities used to define the present-state structural representation; (ii) the mechanical and material properties adopted in the model; (iii) the two-component seismic input histories derived from ten selected historical earthquake records; (iv) the corresponding relative and absolute displacement histories calculated at eight virtual monitoring points, represented by sixteen signed horizontal channels; (v) the hourly wind input dataset used for the site, covering 2001–2025 in UTC; and (vi) the corresponding sixteen-channel quasi-static wind-induced displacement response. The dataset is intended to document the scientific inputs and principal observation-space outputs of the preliminary physics-based model described in the associated article. It does not contain measurements from the monitoring system installed on Hera II. The numerical model and all virtual responses were developed independently of measured monitoring data. The seismic inputs are derived from records obtained from the Italian Accelerometric Archive, ITACA v4.0, maintained by the Istituto Nazionale di Geofisica e Vulcanologia (INGV) and the Italian Department of Civil Protection. The ITACA database is released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). The wind inputs originate from the NASA Prediction Of Worldwide Energy Resources (POWER) Project, NASA Langley Research Center, using the Hourly API and the variables WS10M, WD10M, U10M and V10M for the Hera II site. The meteorological products are principally derived from NASA GMAO MERRA-2 and associated GEOS products. NASA Earth Science data are distributed as open scientific data and, unless otherwise marked, NASA-led scientific datasets are made available under Creative Commons Zero (CC0); source acknowledgement and data citation remain strongly recommended. NASA POWER specifically requests citation of both the POWER project and the relevant data product, including the service/version and access date, and requests notification when POWER data are redistributed.
