Accessing governmental and municipal services in an electronic form was particularly popular in Russia among young adults, with approximately 94 percent of the population aged 25 to 29 years old who received public services in the country in 2022. Figures were significantly lower among the elderly people between 60 and 72 years old, measuring at under 63 percent.
