资源简介:
Botrytis cinerea is a grey, fungal mold which grows on more than 200 species of plants. This single mold causes crop losses of $10 billion to $100 billion worldwide each year. Botrytis cinerea is the most common cause of fungal rot in cultivated tomato. So far, no effective genes for grey mould resistance have been found, but some wild tomatoes, such as S. pimpinellifolium and S. habrochaites showed tolerance to Botrytis cinerea. we conducted comparative transcriptome analysis to elucidate the resistant mechanism of gray mould tolerance in S. pimpinellifolium and S. habrochaites.
