CT-COV19

CT-COV19 is a publicly available large-scale CT scan dataset developed collaboratively by Shiraz University, Lancaster University, Tehran University of Medical Sciences, and Bushehr University of Medical Sciences. It contains over 13,000 CT images from more than 1,000 individuals, among which 8,000 images are from 500 COVID-19-infected patients. This dataset aims to support the development of more accurate and generalizable COVID-19 screening models by providing a large volume of diverse COVID-19 CT images. The dataset covers samples with varied ages, genders and geographic backgrounds, which ensures the generalization capability of the trained models. Additionally, the high-quality images within the dataset guarantee the accuracy of subsequent analyses. The application scenarios of the CT-COV19 dataset mainly focus on the early diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19, as well as providing support for global healthcare systems.
