Phage-display profiling of CDR3a loops of a NY-ESO-1 specific TCR

TCRs bind to their target with high specificity. To explore this specificity, we used phage display to diversify the CDR3a of a TCR known to bind to the cancer testis antigen NY-ESO-1 (A0201_SLLMWITQC). The phage TCR library with diversified CDR3a was selected against this epitope. The pre- and post-selection phage libraries were sequenced with Illumina-based sequencing machines.
