Anonymized test dataset for VNtyper 2.0 integration tests. Contains 8 anonymized MUC1 VNTR samples aligned to 6 supported reference assemblies (hg19, hg38, GRCh37, GRCh38, hg19_ensembl, hg38_ensembl).
v4.0.0 changes: Added example_40cf (hg38 negative sample) as regression guard for Kestrel parameter stability (Issue #156: GDP inflation with maxhapstates/maxalignstates > 50).
