Fungal and Bacterial Community Composition in Disturbed Sub-boreal Forest Soils

This data set consists of ITS2 and 16S(V4) amplicon sequences from a field study that occurred in a subboreal spruce forest in Northern British Columbia. The goals of this study were to examine short-term (0, 5, 12 months) effects of soil horizon mixing, soil horizon reconstruction, and LFH stockpiling on fungal and bacterial community composition, when compared to undisturbed reference plots.
