scRNA-seq data of spleen immune cells from Pb-infection and Un-infection mice

To explore the immune microenvironment of spleen in the state of Plasmodium infection, we employed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq).. Overall design: Mice were intraperitoneally injected with 1 × 104 iRBCs, and on day 5 post-infection, spleens from both uninfected and Pb-infected mice were collected to isolate lymphocytes. CD45+ cells were then sorted by flow cytometry for subsequent single-cell sequencing analysis.
