Welcome to NODE21
As of April 2022, NODE21 has reopened for public participation (please refer to the "Phases" section at the end of this page).

NODE21 is a challenge with two tracks. We invite teams to develop algorithms for nodule detection and nodule generation in chest radiographs. The goal is to collaboratively develop high-performance open-source solutions for this critical clinical task. We will use the generative nodule algorithms to create additional training data for the detection algorithms, aiming to demonstrate that generative models can be leveraged to enhance detection models for relevant medical AI applications.
