Emotionsdifferenzierung in der Integrativen Bewegungstherapie unter Berücksichtigung neurowissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse

Zur Einführung des Themas werden für den bewegungstherapeutischen Zugang spezifische Aspekte aus unterschiedlichen Emotionstheorien zusammen gestellt und Emotionstermini genauer bestimmt.Für die Bewegungstherapie interessante neurowissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse werden bezüglich der Bedeutung der Hemisphären, dem Zusammenspiel des limbischen Systems mit dem orbitofrontalen Kortex, der Mitwirkung der Neuropeptide sowie dem Stellenwert der Neuroplastizität betrachtet.Vor diesem Hintergrund werden der „lifespan-developmental-approach“ (Neuroplastizität), die therapeutische Beziehung (Spiegelneuronen-Effektes), die Dimensionen von Empathie (Mitfühlen und Nachempfinden) und das subjektive Erleben thematisiert. Außerdem wird auf bewegungstherapeutische Interventionen, Zugänge und Schwierigkeiten sowie Voraussetzungen für eine gelingende Emotionsdifferenzierung eingegangen. As an introduction to the subject, aspects from the various emotion theories specific to the movement therapy procedure will be compiled, and terms of emotions more exactly determined. Neuroscientific knowledge applicable to movement therapy, particularly the importance of the hemispheres, the co-operative interaction between the limbic system and the orbitofrontal cortex, the interactions between neuropeptides as well as the level of neuroplasticity will be considered. With this as a background, the lifespan-developmental approach (neuroplasticity), the therapeutic relationship (mirror neuron effects), the empathy dimension (compassion and sympathy) and subjective experiencing will be discussed.
