资源简介:
Aspartate beta-hydroxylase (ASPH) is an enzyme that contributes to the malignant transformation of cells. It enhances cell proliferation, migration, and invasion and can also promote tumor growth by stimulation of angiogenesis and immunosuppression. The Notch and SRC signaling pathways mainly mediate these effects. To reveal other pathways affected by ASPH, its enzymatic activity was reduced with the 20uM MO-I-1151 inhibitor in three mouse oncogenic cell lines (TC-1, TC-1/A9, and MK16/KLL) and the ASPH gene was deactivated with the CRISPR/Cas9 system in TC-1 cells. RNA was isolated after 24-hour treatment with MO-I-1151.
