Business Family Construct: Empirical Assessment Data from Brazilian Family-Owned MSMEs

This dataset provides the empirical material associated with the study that empirically assesses the eight-dimensional Business Family construct proposed by Rodrigues and Marques (2021), in the context of Brazilian family-owned micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). The dataset includes the survey instrument (in Brazilian Portuguese and English) and the anonymised response database (235 respondents, 80 indicators across 8 dimensions, plus firm profile variables).
