Deficiency of lncRNA MERRICAL abrogates macrophage chemotaxis and alleviates diabetes-associated atherosclerosis

1) Differential gene expression profiling of bone marrow derived macrophage treated with GapmeR NS (control) or MERRICAL (KD) in both M0 and M1 phase M0 and M1 phase bone marrow derived macrophage was treated with GapmeR (NS) and (MERRICAL) for 16 hours, and RNA was collected to compare the transcriptome difference between KD and NS.
