通过大数据分析某地区各个运营商的抄表率,评估各个运营商的通讯质量,反馈给燃气公司,燃气公司根据通讯质量排名可以后续进一步问询表具供应商燃气公司,确认通讯模组型号,为后续采购安装新燃气表适配选用移动、联通、电信通信模组参考;也可为城市建设运营商基站信号覆盖情况提供参考。1、数据获取
在金卡物联网采集平台上获取地区、运营商、运营商设备总数、运营商每日通讯设备总数、抄表日期。
2、规则设定
根据运营商设备总数、运营商每日通讯设备总数、抄表日期等信息,运营商每日通讯设备总数/运营商设备总数*100%,计算出单日运营商抄表率。根据单日运营商抄表率,按照分级规则单日运营商抄表率>=96%定义为高,94%<=单日运营商抄表率<96%定义为中,单日运营商抄表率<94%定义为低,对运营商通讯质量等级进行分级。

This dataset is designed to analyze the meter reading rates of various telecom operators in a target region via big data analytics, evaluate the communication quality of each operator, and feed back the evaluation results to gas companies. Gas companies can further consult with gas meter suppliers to confirm communication module models based on the communication quality rankings, providing a reference for selecting communication modules of China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom when purchasing and installing new gas meters in future procurement and installation. Additionally, it can serve as a reference for assessing the base station signal coverage of telecom operators during urban construction.
1. Data Acquisition
Relevant data including region, telecom operator, total number of operator devices, daily total number of communication devices of the operator, and meter reading date are collected via the Golden Card IoT collection platform.
2. Rule Setting
Calculate the daily meter reading rate of the operator with the formula: (Daily total number of communication devices of the operator / Total number of operator devices) × 100%. Grade the communication quality level of the operator according to the following criteria:
- High: Daily meter reading rate ≥ 96%
- Medium: 94% ≤ Daily meter reading rate < 96%
- Low: Daily meter reading rate < 94%
3. Result Output
Communication quality level of the telecom operator.
4. Problem Handling
Based on the distribution of communication quality levels of telecom operators in the target region, gas companies can obtain references for selecting appropriate communication modules for subsequent gas meters, and also acquire references for assessing the base station signal coverage of telecom operators during urban construction.
