River overpass traffic bridge was knocked out early this morning when a road breaking piece of equipment went out of control and knocked out a support. No one was hurt. Pictures from different angles show the large rubber-tired piece of equipment caught under the bridge. It is designated as 'a Euclid Carryall'".
