Public NIPT dataset (preprocessed BED files)

Processed data for Karolinska and Chandrananda datasets. This package contains the processed data (in BED format) for Karolinska and Chandrananda datasets. The raw reads were first preprocessed using Ktrim software to remove adaptors and low-quality cycles, and then aligned to the NCBI GRCh38 genome using Bowtie2 software.
