RNAseq Reads for six foxtail millet accessions

For photoperiod experiments, six genetically diverse accessions (Ci078, Ci080, Ci162, Ci175, Ci247, and Ci491) were selected. Plants were grown in controlled-environment growth chambers under the following conditions: long-day (LD), 14 h light / 10 h dark; short-day (SD), 10 h light / 14 h dark. Day and night temperatures were maintained at 30 °C and 26 °C, respectively, with relative humidity maintained at 30-40%. Leaf tissues were harvested at the 7–8 leaf stage, immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen, and send for RNAseq.
