Grasping time in WHO’s ICF activities performance by grasp type

The data reflects the information thoroughly analysed from recorded videos of 32 subjects performing a wide set of WHO’s ICF (International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health) activities in which the hands are directly involved. Each task (as part of a WHO’s ICF activity) recorded was divided into consecutive elementary grasp actions (EGAs) for each hand, considered as any complete action in which the hand performed a particular action using a fairly constant hand posture. For each EGA, we provide data referred to subject (gender, age, weight, height, hand length and hand breadth), the hand involved, whether the action was performed with one hand alone or simultaneously, the grasp type, as well as coefficients for weighting time and relevance according to disability or dependence.
The data is presented in an excel file, and description of the columns is provided in a separate sheet of the file.
