资源简介:
Tea (Camellia sinensis [L.] O. Kuntze) plants have been widely grown in Guizhou Province, Southwestern China, and the cultivation area in the region ranks first among all the provinces or cities in China. D. bellidis is a phytopathogenic fungus that causes tea leaf spot, and decreases the quality and production of tea leaves. Tea leaf spot caused by D. bellidis was firstly found in Yuqing County, Guizhou Province, China. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are important for plant growth and response to pathogen via post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression. D. bellidis causes leaf spot on tea, and tea leaf spot leads to a huge loss of tea leaves. To study the response of tea plant infected by D. bellidis, small RNA sequencing is available for identifying the conserved and specific novel miRNAs of tea leaves infected by D. bellidis strain CGMCC3.20149 (namely strain GZYQYQX2B) for 2 days.
