This repository provides the full research compendium (repository of data, code, model outputs, and figures) associated with the following peer-reviewed publication: Bauman, D., McMahon, S.M., & Johnson, D.J. (2025). Mosaic of size-dependent mortality in three ecologically and economically important pine species reveals patterns across space and time. Global Ecology and Biogeography. The repository contains: CODE: R script implementing all analyses, with extensive comments. DATA: Raw datasets used in the study. DATA_processed: Processed/derived datasets generated by the R script. OUTPUT: Model outputs for all analyses. figures/: Figures corresponding to those in the article and its supplementary material. Together, these materials enable full reproduction of the analyses, numerical results, and figures reported in Bauman et al. (2025).
