We performed Resolve Molecular Cartography to assess the effect of CpG-STAT3ASO+anti-PD1 therapy on immune cells from GL261 high grade glioma model. The mice were implanted with GL261 cells. Subsequently, the mice received four intracranial treatments with either PBS, anti-PD1, CpG-STAT3ASO, or CpG-STAT3ASO combined with anti-PD1, and were sacrificed on day 21. Brains were isolated.
