THE INFLUENCE OF ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERSHIP AND RISK TAKING ON THE SUSTAINABILITY OF STARTUP BUSINESS CASE STUDY OF PT GRAB TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA

This research aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial leadership and risk taking on the sustainability of startup businesses, with a case study at PT Grab Teknologi Indonesia. The research method uses a quantitative approach with primary data collected through questionnaires and in-depth interviews. The research results show that visionary, innovative and adaptive entrepreneurial leadership as well as strategic risk management capabilities have a positive and significant influence on business sustainability. PT Grab is able to survive and develop amidst competition in the digital industry because of its strong leadership and courage in taking measured risks.
