The integration of digital technologies into biology education has transformed traditional teaching methodologies, enabling more interactive and accessible learning environments. This study investigates the effectiveness of modeling biological processes and the use of video-based instruction within webinar platforms. A mixed-methods research design was applied involving undergraduate biology students divided into control and experimental groups. The experimental group utilized simulation-based biological modeling tools and structured video lessons delivered via webinar platforms, while the control group received conventional online lectures. Results demonstrate a statistically significant improvement in academic performance, conceptual understanding, and student engagement in the experimental group. The findings support the application of multimedia learning theory and emphasize the role of visualization and interactivity in mastering complex biological systems. This study contributes to the growing body of research on digital pedagogy and provides practical recommendations for integrating webinar-based technologies into biology education.
