Trangenic mice with brain-targeted deletion of one allele of p53 and one allele ot Pten were irradiated with particulate radiation. Radiation induced gliomas were analyzed to identify copy number variations Overall design: DNA extracted from one non-irradiated, non-tumor bearing mouse brain tissue and tumor tissue from seven mice with radiation-induced gliomas. Thus, a single DNA extraction from normal mouse brain was produced, labeled with Cy3 and co-hybridized with each of the 7 irradiated samples.
