Antiglaucoma Potential of Fermented Pentaclethra Macrophylla Seeds In Experimentally-Induced Glaucoma

The data was a primary data obtained from glaucoma study on the effect of Pentaclethra macrophylla seeds on steroid- induced experimental rabbits. Other data used for the study including biochemical parameters as well as other in vitro studies such as phytochemical, mineral, proximate and vitamin compositions of Pentaclethra macrophylla seeds were included. In vitro phospholipase A2 activity's data and the histological assessment were also included.
