Table 1: Predicting Epitope Maps with AlphaFold predicted antibodies.

AlphaFold is used to regenerate the antibody structures in BM5 starting only from the sequence with two strategies: 1) Without using any templates from the PDB 2) with templates from the PDB. This dataset contains the pdb files from AbEMap's epitope mapping with their b-factor changed to our protocol's score to reflect the likelihood of each atom being in the epitope when in complex when the respective antibodies and the corresponding confusion matrices for both of the above strategies.
