VeridicalOutExample.xls: contains the output for the variant within RAD54L, along with descriptions of the terms used and the output format. all.vin: contains the full set of input variants for Veridical used in this paper. allTumoursBAMFileList.txt: The list of BAM files for the RNASeq data of the breast tumour samples analyzed. This contains TCGA file UUIDs, followed by a slash, followed by the file names themselves. allNormalsBAMFileList.txt: The list of BAM files for the RNASeq data of the normal samples corresponding to these tumors.
