Time-resolved photoluminescence and temperature-dependent delayed emission of S1, S3 and S4
收藏资源简介:
Microsecond and nanosecond photoluminescence decays of S1, S3 and S4 films and solutions at 78-300 K (native, text and CSV exports), the instrument-fitted decays flagged as such, TCSPC and time-resolved emission records from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad and JNCASR, and the decay-lineage and lifetime tables. Methods: Instrument: Edinburgh Instruments FLS1000, the Central Research Facility (CRF), National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK), Surathkal; microsecond flash lamp with multichannel scaling (delayed emission) and 267.4 nm pulsed diode with TCSPC (prompt emission); closed-cycle cryostat, 78-300 K. Vendor fits: files written by the instrument fitting software ("Fit Result") are fitted curves, not raw counts, and carry the flag VENDOR_FIT_NOT_RAW. External facilities: IIT (ISM) Dhanbad (HORIBA DeltaFlex TCSPC, time-resolved emission spectra) and JNCASR Bengaluru (TCSPC and TRES, FLS-format records). Processing (processed/): acquisition identifiers and lineage of the decays used in the companion papers, lifetime fits, component fractions, TRES slice fits and Arrhenius diagnostics (numbers only). The accepted multi-model decay fits are in the paper records (P0, B). Layout: per-material folders S1/, S3/ and S4/. Code names: DB4 = S1 (main batch); DBPYBPS = second, less pure S1 batch (flagged, never pooled); DDPYS/DOPYS = S3; DOPS = S4 (source file names resolved against HR-LCMS/NMR, 24 Oct 2026); code-name subfolders S1/S1_DB4, S1/S1_DBPYBPS, S3/S3_DDPYS, S4/S4_DOPS, processed/ (numerical tables) and REF_reference_materials/ where present. MANIFEST.csv gives the SHA-256, material, original code name, original path and acquisition date of every file; see README.md. Acknowledgements: Mr. Harshith (CRF, NITK) for the FLS1000 measurements. Ms. Prajakti Swain, Mr. Jeremiah Titus J. and Mr. Saketh Alva, project students of the Optoelectronics Laboratory, Department of Physics, NITK (working under M. Dash), for the photoluminescence measurements. Prof. Soumit Chatterjee, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, for the time-resolved emission measurements (paid measurement service), and Abhipsa Sekhar Biswal, Ph.D. scholar, for the first analysis of those data. Dr. Saraswathi C, JNCASR Bengaluru, for the photoluminescence and time-resolved emission measurements (paid measurement service). Host materials S1, S3 and S4 were synthesised and supplied by the group of Prof. Jayathirtha Rao Vaidya, CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (CSIR-IICT), Hyderabad. M. Dash acknowledges an institutional research fellowship from NITK Surathkal.
