资源简介:
Title: Horticulture could facilitate invasive plant range infilling and range expansion with climate change Authors: Evelyn M Beaury*, Jenica M. Allen, Annette E. Evans, Matthew E Fertakos, William G. Pfadenhauer, Michael Nelson, Bethany A Bradley
*Corresponding author (evelynbeaury@princeton.edu or eve.beaury@gmail.com)
Ensembled habitat suitability maps for each of the 89 ornamental invaders analyzed in the study. Values are ensembled across 5 species distribution modeling algorithms. Continuous output was classified into low, medium, and high suitability, and stacked across algorithms for a measure of 0-15 model agreement on suitability for invasion. Values of 300 indicate areas masked using a Multivariate Environmental Similarity Surface (to avoid extrapolating suitability beyond the environmental values where point locations were recorded for each speces). To create range maps of high suitability for each species, we thresholded model agreement to values >10 (>70% model agreement on high suitability for invasion). Embedded folders separate range maps into current and future climate (+2C of warming). Each species has one range map for each climate scenario. Species are indentified by their accepted USDA PLANTS Database code (https://plants.sc.egov.usda.gov/home/). The list of species studied is provided and described in Supporting Information (provided upon study publication).
