Data for: Wildfire drives a net decrease in forest live biomass across the Western United States
收藏资源简介:
A copy of the data underlying the analysis and figures of Zarakas et al., "Wildfire drives a net decrease in forest live biomass across the Western United States." The archive contains three items: - 2026apr28_model_results.zip: Forest live aboveground biomass estimates from 2005 to 2022. Each netcdf (e.g., live_AGB_carbon_density_2005.nc) contains the mean estimate and standard deviation across our 500-member ensemble for a single year in MgC/ha. CSVs in ensemble_state_level contain state-level mean total biomass estimates (TgC) for each year for each ensemble member.- model_inputs_all_variables.nc: Input data used to run our model spatially, on a consistent 1000 meter grid.- Westwide_FIA_plots_and_PRISM.nc: Data at the level of individual FIA plots across the Western United States. This data is used to train our model.
