This study aims to elucidate characteristics of gene expressions in senescent liver cancer cells based on their cellular ploidy. Human liver cancer cell line, Huh7 cells that express Fucci, were treated with cisplatin, and polyploid and diploid cells at G1 phase were analyzed after FACS sorting.
