Georeferenced Acoustic Indices and Landscape Metrics Dataset - "Impacts of landscape intensification on Atlantic Forest soundscapes: the roles of habitat amount and landscape heterogeneity"

This dataset contains metadata, acoustic indices values and landscape metrics, all georeferenced, obtained as part of the study conducted in the Atlantic Forest of High Paranapanema river basin, southwest of the state of São Paulo, Brazil. The data were gathered to investigate the relationships between landscape structure and acoustic activity patterns of biological acoustic active communities, particularly birds and amphibians, across gradients of land use intensification. The dataset includes: - Information on sampling points and its metrics;- Values of acoustic índices by site per minute;- Data formatted as plain text tables (.txt), suitable for use in statistical tools and GIS.
