Cryo-EM maps for PvdL-E2-C3-A3-PCP3 and related constructs

This dataset contains the Cryo-EM density maps for the PvdL cross-module constructs used in our study, including PvdL-E2-C3-A3-PCP3, PvdL-PCP2-E2-C3-A3-core, and PvdL-E2-C3-A3-core-R3393A.These maps were used to elucidate the tetrahydropyrimidine cyclization mechanism and stereochemical control by the PvdL-C3 domain. This dataset supports our research published in Nature Synthesis: "Analysis of heterocycle formation and stereochemical control by a nonribosomal peptide synthetase condensation domain."
