This project includes ChIP of total RNA pol II in human SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells following the joint depletion of RNA helicases DDX5 and DDX17 to determine the genome-wide effect of DDX5/DDX17 on RNA Pol II distribution. Cells were treated with a control siRNA or with a siRNA targeting DDX5/DDX17, chromatin was extracted and total RNA Pol II was immunoprecipitated using the F12 antibody. All biological conditions were prepared in triplicates.
