ModuleAnnotation_enrichR_M2. Annotation result of M2 performed in enrichR. EnrichR currently contains annotated gene sets from 102 gene set libraries organized in 8 categories. Details of the gene set libraries in EnrichrR can be found in publications [25, 56]. Each tab of the file contains gene sets of a particular library that was found to be enriched in the module. The first column represent the gene set (Term), the second column shows the ratio of overlapping module genes with the gene set (Overlap), the following four columns are related to statistics (P-value, Adjusted P-value, Z-score, Combined Score) and the fifth column shows the symbols of the overlapping genes.
