Extreme mangrove corals of Woody Isles, Great Barrier Reef_Part2

Investigation of how Pocillopora acuta persists in an extreme mangrove lagoon on the Great Barrier Reef. Study uses a combination of respirometry and photophysiology measurements, Symbiodiniaceae genotyping, and 13C labelling to assess the metabolic performance of the coral Pocillopora acuta across habitats, in relation to the carbon uptake and translocation capacity by autotrophy of the algal symbionts.
