RNA‑seq transcriptome analysis of Axis porcinus annamiticus

Transcriptome analysis is a preferred method to analyse functional genes in non-model organism. In this study, high-quality cDNA sequence using Illumina technology were generated to investigate the transcriptome of white blood cells of mature hog deer (Axis porcinus annamiticus). These sequencing data provide a valuable resource for further research on the protect of hog deer in China.
