The aim of the tests is to check which signal intensity can be expected during a XAS measurement on cells (HEK commercial cells) exposed to 500uM solution Ni/Er or Ni/Tb.
Samples will be prepared in the lab, conditioned in the appropriate cryostat sample-holder and cryo-fixed in liquid-nitrogen.
