CCGait

The CCGait dataset was developed by ShanghaiTech University to address the challenge of gait recognition in complex environments, especially the impact of clothing variations on recognition performance. This dataset consists of 4,824 sequences, covering indoor and outdoor scenarios across 92 consecutive days, and documents various scenarios of clothing changes. Multiple technical methods, including 3D human body meshes and spatio-temporal transformers, were utilized during the dataset's creation to capture and analyze gait features. The application fields of the CCGait dataset include security monitoring, crime analysis, and forensic search, with the objective of improving the accuracy and robustness of gait recognition systems in practical applications.
