Partizan Development Archive: Neural Search Iterations and Negative Results

This dataset preserves the development record behind Partizan, a system that searches for distinct Digraph Placement graphs with the same certified combinatorial-game value. It contains checksum-bound protocols, terminal authorities, calibration and excluded studies, source files, model checkpoints, and audit records from neural-search development. Version 1.1.0 adds the complete raw matched-novelty-ablation ledger: all 368,640 exact-verifier calls across 180 streams, proposal decisions, event hash chains, certificate sidecars, stream metrics, and independent verification. The raw archive is bound by a SHA-256 manifest and was verified member by member before deposit. The archive documents successful, failed, aborted, and exploratory iterations. The canonical paper evidence remains available at doi:10.5281/zenodo.21833142. Every archived source file is bound to its repository-relative path, byte count, and SHA-256 digest; the included authorities state the boundary between canonical evidence, development history, and this public raw ledger.
