Dictyostelium discoideum whole cell proteome from AX3 (WT) vegetative cells after hypoxia and reoxygenation - 5h to 29h time points

Dictyostelium discoideum whole cell proteome from WT (AX3) vegetative cells were analyzed at 0h (before hypoxia treatment), 5h or 24h after hypoxia treatment, and 1h or 5h after reoxygenation. The experiment consists of 3 Biological Replicates, with 3 Technical Replicates each, by comparing AX3 at 0h against AX3 at each time point after hypoxia and reoxygenation treatments.
