Tenterfield NSW - Principles and Practices of Sustainable Food Production

Tenterfield Community Gardens will undertake this project with the sponsorship of Granite Borders Landcare Committee Incorporated. This project will engage with landholders to implement land management changes to ensure their production systems apply the key principles of sustainable food production. Participants will benefit through social, environmental and economic measurable outcomes, including community engagement (educational) opportunities, increased production capacity and reduced risk from pest and diseases. These outcomes will contribute to the knowledge of best management practices for sustainable food production in the Tenterfield district.
