Consumer confidence in Finland remained weak throughout the period from November 2020 to March 2021. In November 2021, the consumer confidence index (CCI) in Finland stood at 1.2, remaining positive as in the previous month. Since December 2021 the consumer confidence index (CCI) shows a negative trend, declining to -18.5 in December 2022, which marks the weakest level in the observed time period. Since than the consumer confidence index (CCI) increased again, reaching -8.8 in May 2023. As of November 2023, the CCI dropped to -12.4. The Consumer Confidence Index (CCI) expresses consumers’ sentiments, expectations, and intentions related to economic matters.
