Migrate3D example datasets and analyses

These datasets accompany the software Migrate3D and are the following:- Synthetic: 3D tracks generated using code included in the above repository. The dataset was analyzed using both in standard and in verbose mode. - Parasites: 3D tracks derived from real data of Toxoplasma gondii parasites moving through a 3D matrix, published by Back et al., PLOS Biology 2024. The tracks from three biological replicates were individually analyzed in standard mode, and further analyzed using the Migrate3D Replicate Analysis module.
