Burkholderia pyrrocinia CH-67 was isolated from forest soil in Korea and possesses antifungal activity against several plant pathogenic fungi. The genome sequence of CH-67 will be used to compare with other Burkholderia genomes and to analyze genes related to its biocontrol properties.
